BigBoxCars Tyre & Service is offering a Pick-up and Drop-off service for service customers for full convenience and flexibility. We’ll pick-up your car from your specified location and can provide you with a loan car in certain circumstances.

At all BigBoxCars Tyre & Service departments, we are placing the highest priority on health & hygiene. Our approach is that a sanitised car is a healthy car - we have implemented a number of protocols in both our sales and service departments in line with Queensland Government recommendations & industry best practice, including social distancing. We want to reassure you that we have a proactive and practical approach to addressing concerns about this issue. Our highest priority is the health and wellbeing of our guests, and our employees.

As an essential service, we are open for business and you can expect to receive the same friendly, helpful and caring guest experience that you always receive at BigBoxCars.

Vehicle Pick Up & Drop Off


BigBoxCars Tyre & Service is offering a Pick-up and Drop-off service for service customers for full convenience and flexibility. We’ll pick-up your car from your specified location and can provide you with a loan car in certain circumstances.



BigBoxCars Tyre & Service Home Service Vehicle Pick Up & Drop Off is available for customers living or working within 15 minutes
travel time (approximately 10 to 15 kilometres) from our Service Centres in Salisbury.

Only Standard and Logbook Services are eligible for the Vehicle Pick Up & Drop Off service. If you wish to make use of the service for any other service and/or repair, please contact our Service Center to discuss prior to booking.

Both at our Service Centre and on location, cashless payment options are available to help ensure contactless and seamless payment for our customers. Of course we practice all required sanitation protocols at our Service Centre.

Vehicle Sanitisation


Our Service Department is business as usual.

We have subsequently adopted the use of MEDIMAX Antibacterial agents into our servicing procedure, applying these on;

  • Door handles
  • Interior trim
  • Steering wheel
  • Gear lever
  • Any all other high touch points
Your car will also be sanitised on arrival, and then sanitised again prior to collection after your service.

Added Precautions at BigBoxCars Tyre & Service

Staff at all our BigBoxCars Tyre & Service departments are strictly adhering to the following:

  • Refrain from shaking hands and practice active social distancing during interaction with customers.
  • Wear necessary protective gear to help ensure proper hygiene during any customer interaction.
  • Provide hand sanitiser dispensers across the business, particularly in high traffic areas.
  • Increase frequency of cleaning high-touch surfaces in public areas with additional staffing.
  • If an employee is experiencing any flu-like symptoms, they will be asked to promptly seek medical advice and remain at home until they are free of symptoms.
