Introducing Big Box Cars Service Centre

The Big Box Cars site is located on a huge 20,000m2 location on Riawena Road, with a number of pre-existing sheds.

The latest shed conversion has seen an expansion to the Reconditioning area, the inclusion of over 15 hoists, a complete in-house paint booth solution, car wash and the addition of some experienced service technicians to the team.

“It hasn’t been that big a leap for the team - given that we are currently reconditioning up to 400 cars every month onsite, adding additional capacity and facilities to include vehicle servicing has complemented the reconditioning department well” Graham Cameron, Big Box Cars Service Manager.

The wide variety and quantity of makes and models that are retailed through Big Box Cars, ensures that the service team are extremely familiar with a wide range of brands and their intricacies. For example, the service department have up to 8 different types of Valvoline Oil on hand and only use the one based on the manufacturers specifications.

What's on Offer

The Big Box Cars servicing team offer a wide range of servicing starting at just $169 - this is the baseline service that ensures the oil is changed, oil filter replaced and the car’s vital components are checked & anything of concern is brought to the customers attention.

“We understand servicing can be an inconvenience to customers - to help improve the experience, we’ve installed a car wash facility to ensure every car receives an external car wash as well as an early bird key drop off, and have flexible options in terms of pick up after hours

With 2 technicians working on every car, we get your car serviced quicker - in less than 2 hours - which helps to get the customer back on with their day. Alternatively, we also have a program to include a complimentary loan car if required”

The team are also set up to handle log book servicing as per manufacturer’s specifications, plus the host of battery replacements, suspension repairs and more.

There is no point in us selling you highway tyres if you spend most of your weekends driving on the beach”
