1. Initial Assessment

Every vehicle starts with an assessment of its overall condition, including its interior and exterior, service history and general presentation.

The vehicle is then inspected by a licensed mechanic, who assesses its mechanical condition, including areas such as tyres and brakes.

For EVs, an AVILOO battery test is also completed to assess the battery’s condition and performance.

Together, these assessments help determine what the vehicle may need before it is offered for sale.

2. Repairs & Maintenance

Depending on its condition, a vehicle may require repairs or maintenance before it is ready for its next owner.

This can include:

• Cosmetic repairs
• Mechanical work
• Servicing
• Tyres or brakes
• Minor repairs or replacements

Every vehicle is different, so the work required will depend on its individual condition and history.

3. Detail: The Finishing Touch

Our detail team thoroughly prepares the interior and exterior, from the cabin and carpets through to the exterior finish, so the vehicle is presented at its best.

This can include a deep clean of the interior, attention to carpets, seats and surfaces, as well as cleaning and finishing the exterior.

The level of detailing can vary depending on the vehicle and its condition, but the aim is consistent. To give each vehicle a clean, well-presented finish for its next owner.

4. Photography: See It from Every Angle

Our dedicated car photography booth features a 360-degree turntable, allowing our team to capture the vehicle from multiple angles.

Our team captures the vehicle’s interior, exterior and key features to provide a detailed online representation.

By showing the vehicle from every angle, we give customers greater transparency and confidence in what they’re buying. It also means customers can purchase a vehicle remotely, with a detailed view of the car available online before it arrives at their door.

5. Online

Once the vehicle has been prepared and photographed, its details are brought together for its online listing.

Photos, specifications and other relevant information are added so customers can research the vehicle, compare their options and decide whether they’d like to see it in person or purchase remotely.
