This June marks a major milestone for us at Big Box Cars — we’re officially celebrating 10 years in business.

What started as a vision to create a different kind of used car dealership has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of. Over the past decade, we’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of customers across Brisbane and beyond find the right vehicle for their lifestyle, budget, and family.

As we celebrate this milestone, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the journey so far, thank the people who made it possible, and look ahead to the future.

From Humble Beginnings to Where We Are Today

Like any business, our journey has had its challenges, lessons, and unforgettable moments. Over the years, we’ve grown our team, expanded our range of vehicles, launched a service center and our Sell Your Car team, and continued investing in the customer experience. Customers now have the ability to virtually tour a vehicle online with our 360° vehicle photos and even make a purchase from home with our online purchase option. 

But despite all the growth, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to treating customers with honesty, transparency, and respect.

Our initial goal to make buying a pre-owned vehicle faster, easier and friendlier, with no haggling has continued to be our north star.
